dummy - fans - various

I guess if thingiverse ever fix their current problem these will be visible.....

- I noticed a few people were collecting/liking some of my fan dummies, so I figured I'd upload the rest of what I have on file.
- Some of them are extremely rudimentary, but the holes and external dimensions should all be essentially correct.
- In the case of blowers: if I have modeled the internal dimensions of the outlet orifice at all, then it should be correct for taking area calculations....I do.
