So you picked up a spooky head at a dollar store and want to put it on the mannequin you use for displaying costumes or making armour or whatever.
This mount allows you to put a styrofoam head on most standard mannequin bodies.
Cut the head at a slant to match the mannequin neck. Ensure any electronics are removed or carefully avoided. Attach the bracket with long screws through the provided holes or use foam glue.
Put the head on the mannequin.
