This is a dummy radial engine made for my Great Planes Mister Mulligan.
Original part is termoformed, I broke it and Idecide to make a new one from scratch in resine.
The idea is to make the part as lite as possible from the beginning and d'on use the slicer functions to hollow the parts.
The model is parametric and you can change dimmensions and the numbers of cylinders.
I print the housing and the cylinders separetly, and glued them. To print them separetly, just comment the lines "carter()" or "radial_cylinders(cylinder_number)" in the main code.
Just a comment about thes valves rods: i choose to add non-printed parts after (i my case I use tooth sticks) for a better and lighter result. So the rods are prents in the scripts to create the holes. Be carfull to the "offest_test" parameter: I use it to have a exploided wiev of thes parts but if it was not 0 at the export time the rods holes was not aligned.
