Dummy13 Poseable Hands Parametric Bolt Insert

A remix of Jaxal1's Poseable hands for dummy 13. I made the fingers easier to connect and modified the hand similar to my Joints+ for Dummy 13. Included is a parametric f360 file that you can use to scale the fingers to whatever size you need along with whatever bolt size you use.
