Dune - Pain Box

This my interpretation of the David Lynch Dune Movie Pain Box.

The door keeps closed and open with neodymium magnets, and the handle centers with elastic bands, when you use it, it releases the door closed.

The opening function never worked in the original prop, it would have used a spring. I've not worked on that function, and may never - yours to remix.
