Hi there. I don't know how to model, I just made this replacement piece because I needed it. I watched some tutorials to know how to model it.
You will need to do some tweaking in the Slicer, I'm attaching the size parameters I used for my particular case.
I installed it and went check it overnight and the tire was still with air so I'm assuming it works just fine.

I would recommend 100% infill, print it vertical with Raft Adhesion.
