UPDATE 7/11/2018:
* I made the bearing seat tolerance larger, because the bearings still fit too tight. They can be hammered in with a plastic hammer or wooden block, but it would be better if they just fit.
* I gave the centering cones some grip on the edges to make them easier to turn.
* I tapered the end of the centering cones thread so that it is easier to get on.
Notes:
* Thread for the centering cones is LEFT HAND (backwards to normal) this is so that when the spool spins it tightens instead of loosening.
* The files are 100% size, you must compensate for any plastic shrinkage in your slicer. I printed this in PLA at 100% and it was fine.
