Bed wobbles, shifts, and too much bounce because the springs have to be too loose at the z-stops lowest position. This raises the bed and holds everything in place, you will have to drill out the center, you can use some pliers to hold on to the retainer while using a drill to run an M3 screw to act as a drill bit. You want it to hug the bed screws as much as possible while allowing it to move freely. This also allowed me to have the springs very tight with just a little bit of room for further adjustment.
