Dust Mask Vent Locking Ring Stopper

The ventilation valves of an N99 mask defeat the purpose of wearing a mask in public. This allows you to easily (and reversibly) turn a vented respirator into a regulation-conforming mask. Simply undo the existing lock rings with this, and and exhaled breath will be forced through the filter the same as inhales.
