The dustbin has an ashtray above of green colour. There's two medium openings in yellow colour for throwing small wastes such as bottles The yellow coloured is free to rotate , such that its in covered position when not in use. For waste bigger in size you can open the hemisphere type structure to dump your waste. The colour of most of the part is given green to remind " Go Green". On the main body around mesh posters can be stuck for advertisement, thus money can also be earned simultaneously.
