DXL2 shoulder block

1 thing a camera operator will complain about is how uncomfortable the DXL sits on their shoulder to operate. what this block does is sit in the cavity of the shoulder of the DXL to raise it higher, so the eye piece can somewhat reach comfortably at eye level.
