Dynamic Purge Bucket

Update: 01June2020 I added a version of that is compatible with the stock hotend for the Geetech A10M/A20M.
I designed this purge bucket to shoot the purge material into a box on the side of the printer. I used a small torsion spring that was purchased from Amazon. I used an M3 screw as the pivot axel / spring hub. This design works with 2mm thick silicone. I had to modify my X-Axis carriage so that I could gain an additional 5mm travel in the -X direction (I'm using the Der Skorpion mount ). This purge bucket features an adjustment screw for Z-axis tuning. This allows you to easily dial in your z-axis height. Supports are needed for the purge wall. I printed the moving bucket without supports. I also included a template for cutting the silicone pad to size, note: I applied a little hot glue over the small tabs of the silicone pad to hold it in place.
