Notes from my rebuild. I found it easier to push the door hinge pin out a bit rather than bending the plastic as the video shows. Also I used a long piece of floss (any strong thin fiber would work) to have the spring tensioned while pushing the hinge pin back into place with the added benefit of eliminating the possibility of losing grip of the spring and it being pulled back into the assembled label maker.
Version 6 has added a slight rotation to avoid potential layer line shearing and modeled support for the arms now that they are angled
