Dyson Adapter DC43H

I was searching for a Dyson Adapter to use standart ~35mm vacuum cleaner accessories but i can´t find a adapter with a diameter of ~35mm for standart vacuum cleaner, just with 34mm?? Guys for what do you use 34mm I can't understand what should fit in with it.

So THIS Adapter fits for the DC43H and has a diameter from 34 to 36mm so it should fit for different accessories.
