Dyson DC17 Upper Cable Winder

This is a replacement for the upper cable winder which is attached to the wand on the Dyson DC17 vacuum cleaner. It is notched so that it stays upright by default but can also be rotated into a downward position to quick-release the power cable (cord).

The cap in the middle is not part of the print; I took that from the old part, and with a bit of work with a fine lever or screwdriver it will pop out of the hole. Inside, the cable winder is held in with a Torx T20 screw, a washer and a spring. So far, this replacement works pretty well for me. There was no reason to replace the entire wand just because this one cable winder clip had broken.
