e-ink frame

I recently built the e-paper/e-ink display Slow Motion Movie Player (linked from here: https://debugger.medium.com/how-to-build-a-very-slow-movie-player-in-2020-c5745052e4e4) but chose a slightly different display than the author chose, so I wanted a custom frame for it. This is an attempt at a basic frame to house the display & Pi.

I wanted to be able to remove the display panel, so I used glass glazing compound to secure the panel into the back of the frame.

TODO:
* - Add a cord relief to the bottom for future (in my case, I was able to hang the frame directly over an electric outlet that had a USB outlet built in, so no Pi transformer or cords to hang down)
