e-motion Remote Shield v2

UPDATED VERSION: I've made a number of changes to make the shield more robust. The shield itself is thicker, and there is extra space between the remote case and parts of the shield--which had been in contact and could result in the shield breaking if the screws are tightened too much. Fixed these things, along with a few other minor model tweaks. This is a shield for the Alber e-motion remote control ("cruse control").
