I have made a bike adapter for a boy with an unlimbited arm.
It is mounted with M5x35 screws to the bikes steer.
It was designed for a steer with diameter of 22,5 mm and some padding should be added around the steer before mounting the 3D-printed parts.
Please be aware that it also depends on the scale of the hand if it will fit.
