e010 flex frame v2.1

Presenting: the e010 flexframe v2.1, an ultralight yet durable PLA printable e010 frame.

Whilst flying in the office we occasionally break a frame, so i decided to print a new one. i fell in love with the flying caracteristics of some ultralight frame designs, However they proved to be to fragile. So i gave it a go and designed my own frame. It uses 47cm of filament and weighs under 1.5 grams and takes only 10minutes to print on my cr-10. Another good thing, i have not yet been able to break it and it has yet withstand a lot of crashes. Hence i had to share this frame with the community.

The secret in the frame design is flexibility. I made the design so that is absorbs crashes with flex, whilst remaining rigid enough for a very good and silent flight performance.

Print with your standard PLA in .2mm layer height and .4mm line width.
