e30 shifter cup bushing

this is the bushing that sits in between the shifter and the shifter carrier in your BMW E30. This is a commonly worn out part with time and should be replaced anytime there is significant shifter slop or you are doing a shifter rebuild. when printing I have gotten good results from printing it upside down and with no supports.
