Makes
Created to replace a broken NLA ride side marker, made it bi-directional and replaced both for symmetry.
Printing:
Plater: split objects on plate and can be mirrored on x-axis for each side.
Settings: .07 Ultradetail in Prusa Slicer
Lenses:
They were giving issue with my pei sheet at .05, so i printed out at .07 and they came out well after adjusting print settings to do each object at a time doing both caused failed prints.
Casings:
They can be printed together no issues No support and they can be file tuned for the fender (found that they can be slightly different if there has been body work done)
Touch Up:
CA them together using the channels on the lenses let dry.
Optional:
Krylon Tangerine Orange Stained Glass Aerosol (K09034000) in several coats to tune out the transparent white filament to great effect.
Note:
I designed them to work with the gaskets which i already had; however, a rubber band, large thin o-ring, hair tie, etc. could be used to
