I created a mount for an E3D cyclops nozzle to fit on my MP Select Mini. This mount was designed using a Cylops clone I purchased on eBay but the holes should line up.
The first part attaches to the X-axis carriage. simply take the old nozzle off and remove the 2 bolts located behind the X-axis belt. I was able to mount my plate with the carriage and belt still intact.
The second part is a shim to push the nozzle forward to be slightly more in line with the original nozzle. The part also acts a cover to sandwich the small nuts from the original mount in between. While my original parts were mounted just using the grip the plastic, I found that pressing the 2 nuts into the plate made the mount a great deal stronger and resistant to coming loose.
When making the part be sure to use a material suited to the heat of the heatsink. I chose to print in HIPS and ABS. I have yet to try PET or PETG as they may also be suitable.
