I couldn't find a model of an E3D-Hotendk V5 here, so i quickly made one with the measurements from their drawings:

The openSCAD-script features a variable named "tol" which makes the blades thicker and wider and the gaps smaller. So you can use this to set the tolerance. This is useful if you want to design a joint like this:

Also it features a term "res" for resolution.

The .stl has zero tolerance.

NOTES:

1.) The heatblock is the one from Ultimaker not the original one from E3D. The original one is a bit smaller.

2.) The nozzle also isn't exactly like the original one, but you will not need to make a model that fits tightly to the nozzle.

3.) This thing is not congruent to this thing:

I have checked... Perhaps it is because this design has a V4-heatsink and mine is a V5.
Please test....

Have fun ;-)
