E3DV6 + BLTouch for Ender 3

This is an holder that allow to implement E3DV6 hotend on Creality Ender 3 instead stock. A BLTouch holder is also available and match with base profile.
BLTouch holder is a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3003725.
Duct blower is a remix of Prusa hotend.

Print all parts, use 2x M3 brass insert for blower fix and 2x M3x7mm screws
For the rest recycle all Ender 3 screws of stock Hotend and related parts.
