Bluelight scanned the old speaker (Revopoint Mini) to get basic locations, then built a model around the scan in Fusion360. Lots of caliper work.
The electrical connection was recycled from the original speaker using a soldering iron and inserted into the modeled receptacle/socket using a soldering iron.
