Always keep your charged batteries separate from your empty ones.
Keep your batteries organized in two FIFO columns (First Input, First Output) picking up them from bottom to not overuse one battery over another.
You will always know which is the next one that you have to use and the order in which you used them.
The ornament in each column only indicates which is the "full batteries" column and the empty ones.
