Ear Guard

This a tweak on the facemasks ear guards that are already out there. The design criteria was to create a part that was quick and adequate for the job. It is printed in PLA and .75mm thick so that it could be printed in two layers optimizing the time needed to print. The original part was created in SolidWorks and then an assembly was made of the part interleaving the parts to fill the build plate area. The Assembly was then saved in SolidWorks as a .sldprt so that the printer only sees a single part and doesn't need to distance the parts on the buildplate. There is a little cleanup that need to be done on the final print. I used the fast printer mode so the results were not the best but the printing time was about 1hr40min for 17 parts.
