Ear Mask Saver (Hood version)

Our N95 mask uses ear loop and thus pain full with prolong wear. The provided hook for securing the N95 mask is not ideal as it can move with head movement. Thus I create this hood design so the N95 mask can be secure at all time. Also can be used for surgical mask.

Notes:
(1) Need to use hair blower to shaped the printed parts (see photo)
(2) The part with the hook is for positioned at the back while the secure strap (straight or curve) is at the top (see Photo)
(3) Clip the 2 parts as shown in the photo
(4) The secure strap is 1.4 mm thick and 28 cm long (limited by the size of my printer) and the hole is 9 mm diameter with edge fillet at 0.6 mm on both side of the hole.
