Ear Muffs

Hearing protection ear muffs.

Requires pads. Aviation headset pads are available cheaply on ebay or make some from foam plastic or rubber.
Approximate pad dimensions 10cm x 8cm outside, 6cm x 4cm inside. They will bend and stretch if you can get within about 1cm of these sizes.

2 x muffs
2 x muff bands
1 x muff band clip

Assemble by locating the 2 muffs within the bands then glue the bands together. Glue the band clip to the top of the bands for added strength.
Use acetone melt glue for ABS or Superglue for other plastics.

Cut a piece of foam to shape and place inside the muffs then fit the ear pads.
