Ear plug - 00 gauge

PRINT IN PLA ONLY (body safe) I cannot stress this enough!

An ear stretcher (plug) in 00 gauge, the flare is slightly larger than the body which is concave.

I was challenged by someone to create this, and here it is. The star insert is at its max size, any larger and it will cut into the external walls of the plug (as it is concave.) I may create another plug at this size without the concave effect as the star size can thus be increased.

Two STL files are included, the plug with a star Boolean and the star itself which should be printed separately and then inserted into the Boolean. The star is removable and I suggest it be printed in a different colour (white plug with blue insert looks fantastic.)

IMPORTANT: This was an exercise on heat effects vs bulging, if you choose to print the star insert you should be printing it at -10% size (meaning you're printing the item at 90% size) this is due to effects of heat on the filament as it extrudes and creating some bulging. It wa
