Ear Saver V2

this is another design for the ear savers. i made https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4319652 this one awhile ago. they do the job and keep mask strings off your ears but they tended to bend a little, this wasn’t completely bad but a co worker asked for another design that would only pull the strings back by one point. The concept seamed really complicated but in reality it was pretty easy once I sat down and thought about it. You just have to feed the ear loop through the hole and loop it around the piece and it will stay put. Another change in the design is all the holes now have more of a resistance so they will “snap” in place and stay put. Ive only printed these on tpu, so I have no idea how pla or anything else will work. I tried someone elses design in pla and kept breaking them.
