Yes, original project has some defects, as you can read in the comments, and you need to take care of print settings...
But I liked it. The point to me was that my earbud didn't fit in it...

So I started make longer shells; (and these are shella and shell b files that fit on the original core: you get the cyan-pink version.
But still I didn't had enaugh space to fit wires in . So I augmentes also the depth of both shells and core.

I printed core in PLA+ with 210 degrees, 30% infill density and 1.2mm wall thikness in vertical position, and I get it harder than the previus print in simple PLA that has broken.
