Earbuds cable tie

I was looking since a long time for a good solution to keep my earbuds well organised.
But none of the one I found did the job.
But one of them was almost what I was looking for:
the cable tie from Rainers (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3961115).
So I use this as starting point to create a new one.
