Design Is created from 6 main sheet metal parts and bond material. Material used on main parts is 6061 aluminium with thickness 1/5" . If you are able to cut it on 3D engraving machine it is relative cheap solution. On bend edges are grooves for easy bend with good accuracy. Other parts like bond material or pins are from stainless steel or chromed steel. All joints are locked through holes under 3/8 screw head and PEM self-clinching nuts and modified adjustable quick release system from bicycle Wheel (price around $2/piece). It ensures rigid construction.Steel parts are red coloured and aluminium parts are grey coloured. I think, it is cheap, easy and rigid construction. It is possible to launch it assembled and folded in 26x16x14 launch envelope or partially assembled in 17x16x14 launch envelope. Montage on orbit without tool or in case 17x16x14 launch envelope with one hex tool. Weight 8,56lbs
