I wanted to make a XT60 cap that was both very secure but not a total pain to put on and take off like most of the secured XT60 caps / covers that I have tried. This design will hold on to the connector very securely but easily comes off when you pull on the "V" side. Simply hold on to the connector with one hand and lift on the "V" side of the cap with your other hand (easiest way is to lift with your finger nail under the groove) and the cap slips right off but at the same time there is no way the cap will slip off on its own. I personally like to print in green and red to quickly tell which batteries are full or empty. *NOTE*: Being a little snug the first couple uses is normal but if you're finding them too snug or loose try adjusting the horizontal expansion +/- a tiny bit (0.01 / -0.01). I would suggest printing one and trying before printing a batch, it only takes a few minutes to print one. If you print this and have the time, please upload a pic to the "I Made One" tab. I love
