eB fan shroud bltouch mount

I found a bltouch mount that worked with the eb fan shroud, but it had this really dumb design of having a cable holder that had to use custom supports, so i made one that doesnt need supports while still having a cable holder. just hold open the holder, insert the wires, and then tadaaa. The offsets are X -27 Y -9 Z -2 (for stock/micro swiss hotend).
