This is the second pipe mod for the Eberg Rio, a popular AC unit in Poland.
I've included the full project files so you can modify the design as needed. The original filter features clips, whose locations are indicated on the first sketch — however, these clips cannot be easily 3D printed and are therefore not included in this model (the adapter stays securely in place on its own).
I printed this model using the cheapest PETG available on my QIDI Plus4 (print time was approximately 8 hours). The print has no margin — dimensions are 1:1 with the original included filter. The fit is very tight; I had to press it in firmly by hand. If you want to be certain of the fit, you can start a print, wait approximately 20 minutes, and then stop it. This should give you a clear idea of the clearances on the printed part.
A print bed with minimum dimensions of 275 × 255 mm is required (the size of the model itself).
Print uses +- 333g of the filament.
This mod uses the same pipe as the original
