ebike battery slider 48v Hailong-form
be carefull because there are many, many different version of that battery-slider and conactplatte, I just made it for the one I have
Attention, I only made it rough for my purpose, ebike testing on the road (not off-road),
My printer can´t make print it in one pcs because the size of the slider is to big so I made in two parts. You need also the controllerform "rearpart" otherwise the battery will swing and will crack the slider even on normal road. I never tested for off-road purpuse so I cant tell
I have one battery but 7-ebikes and I did not wanted to spend over 200 euro for 7 slider so I printed them which cost less as 20euro incl the energy
As metall-contact I used 19mm x 6mm x1,5mm metal-pin (overall meassurement)
I just wanted to give a starting-point to others so you can change it for your needs. I designd it only for my needs, no warranty, use it or let it if you´re not sure.
For my bikes it works perfectly fine
