This is a small redesign of the "Elliptical Gear with no center pivot" (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1082508) by cohlwiler (https://www.thingiverse.com/cohlwiler/about). I didn't like how the toy felt in my hands, so I added some impressions on the back of the arms for better grip.

Inside the source file, you'll see I remade the arm from scratch to get rid of double vertices, n-gons (converted to triangles and squares), and made sure the normals were properly flipped.
