I designed this edge trimmer for my 0.4mm ABS edges after store-bought tools failed and I couldn't achieve a clean cut freehand.
The edge trimmer is designed for 18mm blades and should also work for slightly wider blades (you may need to use a longer screw). One or two screws secure the blade in the edge trimmer.
CAUTION: When using the middle screw hole, ensure the screw is short enough so that it doesn't protrude from the bottom and scratch the workpiece. If in doubt, use the two outer holes.
IMPORTANT: The blade should be shortened so that it doesn't protrude to minimize the risk of injury.
