Edison Wall lamp trim

Some time ago I designed the Edison Wall Lamp → https://makerworld.com/en/models/225075-edison-wall-lamp-vintage-bulb#profileId-245549 but faced a problem at the time of replace some wall lamps of my house, the wall holes use to be horizontal and not vertical. Finally I had enough time to design a little trim in order to cover the holes and maintain the simplicity and elegance of the initial design. The installation of the trim is really easy, the only thing that you need to do is to slide it behind the Wall Lamp.
