Edu-sat

Edu-sat structure is divided into 4 parts. the first part is the side panel. Edu-sat side panel is made of alloy 7 material. there are 4 side panel that are used. On the side panel there are a hole in the center that can be used for camera module. the hole in the center is supported by the structure around it. to connect all of the panel. bolt are used the second part is the bottom part. the bottom part is made of alloy 7 material. in the bottom part there are some holes that go straight from bottom part to the top part and antenna. the hole can be used to give more support for the structure and put pcb in places. to connect the bottom part with the side panel bolt will be used. The third part is top. the top has a flat surface on top to put the antenna. the antenna part will be glued and held by rod and hex bolt from the bottom part. Most of the component are made of alloy 7 material except the antenna part. The antenna part top and bottom is made of fr4 material. while the antenna itself is made of stainless steel that usually used in the measurement tape so it's flexible.
