This is to help young children to learn to tell time on an analog clock. The minute hand goes to the minutes outside. The hours are inside for the shorter hour hand. I gave this to my kid with a time set on it and they got it much faster than the homework they were doing the other day. This works great for my kid in the little we tested. I would love to hear if this helps others.
