V2 replaces the V1 kit

Design goals for the EE4M4
* A conversion kit for the M4 airsoft platform to simulate the Star Wars EE4 blaster from BattleFront 2
* It should fit any commercially available M4
* The front battery and tracer should be easily accessible without tools
** Stick or nunchuck batteries up to 150mm in length should fit.

- Added integral rail inside receiver to make a solid connection to the top picatinny rail of the M4 and increase stability
- Slightly widen end of receiver where the barrel inserts for better fit
