This is a simple two part Cookie Cutter for some nice Cookies for Easter time. The dough needs to be 4mm (ca. 1/8 Inch) thick. The "glue" is Orange jam.
Don't put the Cookie Cutter in the Dishwasher after using! It won't survive!
For the dough:
500g Flour
250g Butter
150g Sugar
1pkg Vanilla Sugar
1 Egg
a pinch of Salt
grated Bio Lemon peel
