Egg Cracker

If you need to crack and egg and are cooking on a small 8" frying pan, it can be tricky. If you use the side of the pan without holding the handle, the pan can slide on the burner and you can also get egg down the side of the pan, which then burns on and is hard to clean off. Enter the Egg Cracker! It allows you to crack the egg straight down on the kitchen counter, so there's no sliding. Also, if the egg white leaks out a bit, it is caught by the Egg Cracker and can be poured back into the pan.
