Increased the width of the hinge tab to closely fit into the other part. Eliminates slop in hinge.
Also decreased the hole size to 1.9mm. Printed at 101.5% scale in ABS+. I then ran a #48 drill bit through the hole for a perfect fit on a 2mm X 20mm screw. The smaller screw provides less slop and less area for friction so the hinge works much better now.

Same modification to the hinge hole as the previous part and printed the same way. Don't tighten the nut more than just snug. I used a small drop of lock tight on it but a lock nut would work as well.
