A left discharge grass chute for an EGO 21" mower. I attempted to print it on a CR-10 but after the print failed (on day 4), i decided to use Orca to split the part into four pieces and print it with an adventurer 5m (17 hours total).
The original grass chute for the EGO is designed to discharge the grass to the right side of the mower, however, the spin of the blade wants to throw the grass to the left. This causes the chute to continuously clog. This design is an attempt to correct this issue. I have printed it and used it to mow my own lawn and it seems to work.
If anyone else would like to further improve the design, feel free. I am an electrician and have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to design.
