Einhell lawn string trimmer adapter

I didn't test it yet. Cut a piece of string make a knot on one side and poke it through the holes.

Motivation: I wanted a simple adapter for a trimmer line which needs no supports, no paused print and no tools.

No supports needed.

STEP included. PETG or better suggested.
