Print it, and clip on your Elcan scope & RMR red dot.
It is a tight fit for the scope, so maybe you'll have to trim the edges a little bit.
To put the red dot firmly in place, you'll need to bend slightly the sides while heating the pla (i use a standard hair dryer)
I bend it in order to have 1cm space between the two sides.
